Culture Valorisation II

Applications shall contribute to the following funding priority: Enhancing the role of culture and sustainable tourism in economic development, social inclusion and social innovation. This call focuses on investments in enhancing and valorising Malta’s tourism product.
Intervention 73.3: Off-Farm Investments Infrastructure (Rural Roads)
DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2024
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
This intervention aims to fund off-farm infrastructural investments that improve accessibility to farmland through the upgrade and modernisation of rural roads in rural localities, with the main aim of preventing land abandonment and encouraging farmers to make the best use of all their land parcels.
Social Infrastructure
DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2024
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Scope:
Applications shall contribute to the following funding priority: Ensuring equal access to health care and fostering resilience of health systems, including primary care, and promoting the transition from institutional to family-and community-based care.
This call focuses on investment in specialised recreational facilities for persons with a disability or illness and their families.

ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objective:
The objective of the call is to support activities that enhance relations between Maltese NGOs and entities in the donor states (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) while contributing to the overall objective of the ACF. Bilateral cooperation initiatives are intended to finance short-term exchanges of experience, such as internships, study visits, short training courses and participation in workshops.
SME Enhance (de minimis)
DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2024
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objective:
This scheme is funded through the European Regional Development Fund and will part-finance 50% of the eligible costs with a minimum funding amount of €10,000 and maximum funding amount of €120,000 per operation. Investments in Gozo will benefit from an additional 10% aid intensity.
SME Enhance (GBER)
DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2024
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objective:
This scheme is funded through the European Regional Development Fund and will part-finance the project eligible costs with a minimum funding amount of €10,000 and maximum funding amount of €500,000 per operation. Applicants can apply for the purchase of new equipment and machinery along with ancillary items and costs for the leasing of privately owned operational premises for the duration of 2 years capped at 10% of eligible costs.
Start-Up Enhance
DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2024
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objective:
This incentive seeks to support Start-ups through non-repayable Grants to part-finance investments in tangible and intangible assets contributing to potentially improve the productivity of the enterprise. This scheme is funded through the European Regional Development Fund and will part-finance 50% of the eligible costs with a minimum funding amount of €10,000 and maximum funding amount of €400,000 per operation. Investments in Gozo will benefit from an additional 10% aid intensity.
Business Reports for SMEs
DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2024
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objective:
This Grant Scheme seeks to support SMEs through the provision of non-repayable Grants in the form of a lump sum to part-finance a business report procured from external Consultancy Service Providers which are registered with the IB and which are autonomous and unrelated to the Beneficiary Undertaking. External consultancy services shall be procured to support the decision-taking process, by providing:
- Process and Systems Review aimed at rendering the Undertaking potentially more efficient; or
- Business Plan addressing the proposed investment initiatives, aimed at rendering the Undertaking potentially more competitive.
Business Enhance RRP Digitalise your Micro Business
DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2024
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objective:
This incentive seeks to assist Micro Enterprises through non-repayable Grants to part-finance investment to digitalise their operations, and hence improve their resilience, efficiency, productivity and customer experience by addressing new digital capabilities and digitalised processes such as product and process design and engineering, end-to-end procurement, supply chain/distribution and after sales.
