Smart City would host the European Medicines Agency if Malta were chosen

Total 19 countries offer to host EMA offices currently based in London

 

Smart City would host the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in Malta if the European Commission were to take up Malta’s offer. The EMA offices are currently based in the UK.
The Commission is expected to announce its assessment of the bids made by 19 countries (including Malta) on September 30.

 

The list of offers came from: Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Bonn, Bratislava, Brussels, Bucharest, Copenhagen, Dublin, Helsinki, Lille, Valletta, Milan, Porto, Sofia, Stockholm, Vienna, Warsaw and Zagreb.
